Am I eligible for Community Solar?

Most households and small businesses are eligible for Community Solar, but eligibility depends on a few key factors.

In general, you may be eligible if:

• You live in a state and utility territory where Altus Power Community Solar is available. 
• You pay your own electric bill (rather than electricity being included in your rent)
• Your utility account is in your name or the name of someone in your household
• You are not already subscribed to another Community Solar program

Community Solar is available to both renters and homeowners, including people living in apartments, condos, co‑ops, and single‑family homes. No rooftop panels or equipment are required.
