How do I pay my Altus Power bill online?

How you pay depends on how your Community Solar program is billed.

If you receive a separate Community Solar bill from Altus Power:
You can pay online through the Altus Power customer portal. 

If your utility uses consolidated billing:
You won't pay Altus Power directly. Your Community Solar savings are applied as credits on your regular utility bill, reducing your electricity costs, and you pay your utility as usual.

If you receive a bill from Altus Power, you can pay your invoice online by:

  1. Visiting login.altuspower.com
  2. Signing in to your account with your email or mobile number
  3. Clicking “Make a Payment”
  4. Paying with a bank account (ACH) or credit/debit card

You can make a one‑time payment or set up autopay for future bills.
