How do I see my Altus Power statement?

If you receive a separate Community Solar bill from Altus Power, your utility provider participates in Standard Dual Billing. There are two easy ways to view your statement:

1) We email your statement each month
Each month, you’ll receive an email from support@altuspower.com with your Altus Power Community Solar statement attached. Be sure to whitelist that email address so you don't miss our statement emails. 

2) You can also view your statement online
You can access your current and past statements anytime by logging into your Altus Power customer portal:

  • Visit login.altuspower.com
  • Sign in using your email address or mobile number
  • View, download, or print your statements from your account dashboard

If your utility uses consolidated billing, you won’t receive a statement from Altus Power. Your Community Solar savings appear as credits on your utility bill and you only receive and pay your utility bill, not a separate Altus Power statement.
