What is the status of my Community Solar application?

You can check the status of your Community Solar application any time at login.altuspower.com. Also, be sure to keep an eye on your email — we will send periodic updates from hello@altuspower.com about the status of your application.

If you're having trouble logging in or have not received our emails, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team any time at hello@altuspower.com

Keep in mind that the Community Solar application review process can sometimes take up to 2 weeks. After Altus Power has approved your application, we'll submit your information to your utility company for validation. Please note that each utility company has their own timeline for validating and enrolling new subscribers, but rest assured we do our best to get new subscriptions validated in a timely manner.
